S.P. Green & Co. Ltd are pleased to announce an exciting redevelopment project for 2012.
After several months of careful and considered design and planning, SP Green are pleased to unveil our fantastic development plans for our Augusta Street site. Formerly housing Greens Jewellers and the Wok and Roll Cafe, the redevelopment will see a dramatic change in use and architecture of the buildings.
The new development will encompass both work units and luxury living quarters. In total there will be 4 commercial units created, ideal for either office of workshop use. Additionally, there will be the creation of 4 luxury 1 bedroom apartments. Not only do we believe this will offer a fantastic commercial opportunity for all concerned but also it will fit perfectly with the current re-generation drive taking place throughout the Jewellery Quarter.
